Priority Waitlist
Families potentially interested in adding one of our future puppies to their family (within 12-months) are encouraged to submit our puppy application form. Approved applications/applicants will be eligible to join our Priority Waitlist, should they want to secure the opportunity to welcome a puppy from one of our upcoming litters, into their family.
If an approved family (a family that have already submitted a puppy application and received an application approval phone call, text or email) are interested in joining our Priority Waitlist, for future/upcoming litters, they can place a non-refundable $1,000 deposit to join our Priority Waitlist. Puppy priority and priority picking positions are given/offered to families on our Priority Waitlist based on the timeline provided at the time of submitting their puppy application and in order of Deposits received, prior to being advertised or offered to public/new applicants.
When a new litter is born and the puppies available meet the timeline, coat color and gender preferences of Buyer’s on our Priority Waitlist, those Buyer’s will be notified of puppy availability, offered available puppies OR a picking position (picking position is relevant to Golden Retrievers only) and provided with further litter details such as, DOB, anticipated take-home timeframe, puppy pictures, parent pictures, parent health clearance links, etc. At such time, Buyer shall have 24 hours to review the information and decide whether they would like to apply their deposit to the current litter, or alternatively remain on the Priority Waitlist for our next litter. Buyer may remain on our Priority Waitlist for a maximum of 12 months from the time they placed their deposit to join the waitlist.
Buyer's who join our Priority Waitlist at this time, are guaranteed a puppy within 6 months.
It’s too soon to provide specific puppy/parent details for the litters we anticipate in Summer 2024, as the breeding's for that timeframe have not yet occurred (or are just now occurring, therefore pregnancy has not yet been confirmed).
Our litters will typically have a range/variety of coat colors and both genders. Each of the parents within our breeding programs for each of the breeds we raise have obtained all their genetic and orthopedic health clearances and are of the same quality in both health and temperament.
We are licensed and inspected by both the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the American Kennel Club (AKC).
We are members of the AKC Bred with HEART Program and recognized by the Good Dog responsible breeder program.
Our puppies are raised for pet homes only and are not to be used for breeding/reproductive purposes, they must be altered within the specified timeframe.
Our puppies receive age-appropriate vaccinations, biweekly de-worming, a complete nose to tail veterinary examination prior to going home with their new families and microchipping, including lifetime microchip enrollment for each family.
Our babies are handled daily from birth and socialized with other puppies and young children prior to leaving to us, (we have 1, 3, 5, 6, 12 and 16 year old's).
We begin training our puppies to prepare them for success in their new homes, including outdoor potty-training, hands-on socialization from day one, early neurological stimulation, sounds stimulation, introduction to toys, textures/various floors surfaces, etc.

Deposit Policy
Deposits are applied to the final purchase price of each puppy. Buyers who join our Priority Waitlist will lock-in on the current pricing at time of deposit. Pricing is subject to change within the allocated 12-month period, however this potential change would apply only to families who are not already on our Priority Waitlist.
Deposits are non-refundable, but are transferable. A Priority Waitlist family may pass on any puppy/litter offered within the 12-month period, until we find the most suitable match for their wants/needs.
Families who have placed/applied a deposit on a specific puppy/litter may transfer their deposit in the event of an un-expected family emergency/event/situation that would prohibit them from being able to proceed with their original pick/puppy.
The deposit may be transferred 1 time only and must be done so prior to their selected pick/puppy reaching 6 weeks of age. The deposit would need to be re-applied within an 12-month timeframe of placing their original deposit. Families transferring their deposits will be added/re-added to the Priority Waitlist, accordingly.
