Puppy Application Process | Waitlist
Thank you so much for your interest in our adorable puppies! If you are potentially interested in giving one of our adorable puppies their fur-ever home, we encourage you to complete our puppy application form in as much detail as possible, a link to the application form can be found at the bottom of this page.
Based on your timeframe, breed, gender and/or coat color preferences, we will make our best efforts to facilitate the best litter/puppy match for you.
The questions within our application are used for knowledge on the prospective puppy buyer while allowing us to learn more about the futures of our puppies. These questions help us facilitate the best match between puppies and future owners.
There are no fees incurred with submitting your application, it simply allows us to pre-screen families and have your information readily available so that we are able to notify you when puppies are born and/or become available for reservation.
We contact approved families in the order that we have received their completed applications.
Please note that by submitting an application, each family are not automatically guaranteed the puppy of their choice, or any puppy at all. We hand select our puppy families and try to facilitate the best fit for each puppy and family.
Please allow us ample time to fully review your application and contact provided references before confirming your approval.
After approving your application, we would contact you with specific puppy/litter/parent details and information relevant to puppies who are actively available at that time, or upcoming litters.
Please note, we offer puppy availability to pre-approved families only.
After approving your application and offering specific puppy availability, we do require a $1,000 non-refundable deposit if you'd like to move forward and hold/reserve a specific pick/puppy or join our Priority Waitlist for future litters.
Please note, deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred up to 1 time, within a 1-year period (from the time deposit was placed) and used towards a future litter.
The transfer may be applied due to emergency personal circumstances if we are notified before your original pick/puppy reaches 6 weeks of age.
A transfer or refund (choice of buyer) would only apply if your original puppy becomes unavailable due to an unforeseen health concern.
The only time a deposit will be refunded is if the puppy is no longer available due to an unforeseen health issue.
The listed purchase price does not include the cost of shipping, crates, health certificates or any other costs incurred to ship a pet to a specific location.

Pricing
All puppies regardless of gender or breed are available to pet homes only with NO breeding rights. Farmstead puppies are sold with strict spay/neuter/sterilization contracts and limited AKC puppy registration papers. Any family found in breach of our spay/neuter/sterilization contract will be subject to repossession and liquid damages penalty.
The well-being and care of the puppies we raise is not only our priority, but also our responsibility as ethical breeders.

Our current Golden Retriever puppies range from $3,000 - $4,000.
- Our Golden Retriever parents each have their hip, elbow, heart and eye certifications issued by the OFA and/or PennHIP.
- Our parents are also genetically screened for DM, ICH, GR-PRA1, GR-PRA2, PRA-PRCD and NCL to ensure none of our puppies will be affected by either of these common, breed specific diseases.
- Our Golden Retriever parents each have their hip, elbow, heart and eye certifications issued by the OFA and/or PennHIP.

Our Boston Terrier puppies are $3,000.
- Our Boston Terrier parents each have their patella examinations and yearly ophthalmology screenings prior to breeding.
- Our parents are also genetically screened for JHC and DM to ensure none of our puppies will be affected by either of these common breeder specific diseases.

Our Pembroke Welsh Corgi puppies range from $3,000 - $3,500.
- Our Corgis are hip tested and receive yearly ophthalmology screenings.
- Our Corgi parents are genetically tested for EIC, DM & VWD1 to ensure none of our puppies will be affected or develop either of these common, breed specific diseases.
