Do you have any puppies available?
Puppy availability is subject to change on a daily basis. We offer puppies to pre-approved families (families who have already completed a puppy application and been accepted/approved), prior to offering or advertising individual puppies elsewhere.
If you are potentially interested in adding one of our current or future puppies to your family, we encourage families to complete our puppy application form at their earliest opportunity, and include as much detail as possible.

Do you require a deposit to submit a puppy application?
There are no fees incurred with submitting a puppy application. The application simply allows us to pre-screen potential puppy buyers and ensure that we're facilitating the best fit for each puppy, as well as each family.
We will deny an application if we feel our puppies will not fulfill a families needs and expectations, and/or vice versa.

Do you require a deposit to reserve a puppy?
Yes, we do require a non-refundable deposit to reserve any specific puppy or picking position (picking position is relevant to Golden Retrievers only). Placing a deposit reserves a specific puppy/picking position for their new family and holds him/her until they are ready to join their new homes (between 8-10 weeks of age, depending on the litter).
If we change our mind, do we get our deposit refunded?
Deposits are non-refundable and have made a specific puppy unavailable to other potentially interested families.
A deposit may be transferred up to 1 time, within a 1-year period (from the time the original deposit was placed) and used towards a future litter.
The transfer may be applied due to emergency personal circumstances if we are notified before your original pick/puppy reaches 6 weeks of age. Beyond 6 weeks of age, your deposit will be forfeited if you decide not to move forward with adding your reserved puppy to your family.
The only time a deposit will be refunded is if the puppy is no longer available due to an unforeseen health issue with the puppy itself.

How do we join your waitlist for a future puppy?
If an approved family is interested in joining our Priority Waitlist, for future/upcoming litters, they can place a non-refundable $500 deposit to join our Priority Waitlist. Puppy priority and priority picking positions are given to families on our Priority Waitlist based on the timeline provided at the time of submitting their puppy application and in order of Deposits received, prior to being advertised or offered to public/new applicants. What forms of payment do you accept?
Deposits
PayPal, Credit/Debit or Zelle.
We invoice via PayPal directly to your email address for the deposit amount, or we accept credit, debit or Zelle payments over the phone.
Remaining Balance
We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Zelle on the day of pick-up.
Please note, any Credit or Debit transactions do incur a 4% processing fee, at Buyer's expense.
We do not accept personal checks, cashiers checks or money orders for any transactions. We do not offer payment plans.

Can we visit your farm prior to placing a deposit?
Due to biosecurity procedures and the risk of airborne virus’ that can be transmitted to our dogs and facility from visitor exposure, we have eliminated all visits prior to the puppy pick-up time. Typically most of our puppies are reserved between 2-6 weeks of age.
However, in the event that we have a puppy actively unreserved/available and ready to join their new home, we can schedule an appointment for a pre-approved family to visit, who are actively ready to welcome a new puppy into their family.
Although families are very excited and anxious to meet their newest additions, they have all been very satisfied with our updates/communication and are understanding of our circumstances and the need to prioritize the safety and development of each family's puppy, between birth and the time they are ready to join their new homes.
However, in the event that we have a puppy actively unreserved/available and ready to join their new home, we can schedule an appointment for a pre-approved family to visit, who are actively ready to welcome a new puppy into their family.
